• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• This role may require travel to visit suppliers, farms, and production facilities.

• Identify and develop relationships with domestic and international suppliers of fresh fruits.
• Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, reliability, price competitiveness, and compliance with company standards.
• Negotiate contracts, prices, and terms with suppliers to secure favorable deals.
• Work closely with the quality control team to ensure that all fruits meet the company’s quality standards.
• Visit farms and production facilities to assess production processes and quality control measures.
• Monitor and resolve any quality issues related to fruits delivered.
• Manage seasonal variations and ensure consistent supply of high-demand fruits.
• Manage the sourcing budget effectively and seek ways to reduce costs without compromising quality.
