Responsibilities & Context:
  • Supervise all complexes under PHSD, overseeing Zonal-In-Charge, Service-In-Charge, Plumbers, Electricians, and Cleaners      

  • Address client inquiries promptly, documenting their concerns accurately        

  • Identify and resolve complex problems efficiently       

  • Maintain effective communication channels with clients        

  • Compile monthly attendance and salary reports for PHSD site employees      

  • Prepare departmental reports, agreements, and cost estimates and generate Monthly Progress Reports (MPR) for complexes        

  • Manage complaint registration and prepare comprehensive complaint reports       

  • Ensure timely collection of service charges from complex residents      

  • Review conveyance bills of Zonal In-Charge and other technician       

  • Coordinate procurement and distribution of materials for complexes (Head Office & Site)       

  • Coordinate with Inventory Management Department for material requisitions and distribution across zones       

  • Ensure diligent management of complex utility payments by service in-charges

  • Perform any other tasks assigned by Management as required
