Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Job Responsibilities
∎ Communicating with respective merchandiser, Business Head and overseas design & fabric team to collect the data.
∎ Ensure all orders details are entered into PLM with correct data.
∎ Creation of Styles / Orders / Development styles status in PLM.
∎ Preferred to have knowledge of PLM (Product Lifecycle Management).
∎ The role would involve working closely with the UK design team & understanding the gaps & generating reports as needed.
∎ Monitor data into PLM Software on a daily basis.
∎ Daily Report preparation.
∎ Continuous monitoring and tallying PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) data with SAP (Systems Applications and Products in Data Processing) on daily basis.
∎ Ensure that day-to-day data is reviewed on daily feedback is sent in a timely manner.
∎ Good knowledge of MS excel, word, PowerPoint.
∎ Follow instruction from supervisor & report to him / her regularly.
∎ Any other Job assigned by Management.
∎ Educational Requirements
∎ Minimum graduate from any accredited and reputed university; major in Fashion Designing, Apparel Merchandising, AMT, Textiles, English Literature, ELT etc. preferred.
∎ BBA / MBA graduates from any reputed university are also encouraged to apply.
∎ English Medium background students are preferred.
∎ Experience Requirements
∎ At most 2 years

∎ Fashion Designing, Merchandising, Research Design/ Analysis, Textile
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Garments, Buying House, Multinational Companies

∎ Candidates with 6+ IELTS Score preferable
∎ The applicant must be fluent in English, written and verbal, to handle client communication via Skype, Zoom, TEAMS etc.
∎ Well conversant in MS Office applications.
