Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare monthly print capacity analysis report (Print type wise).
∎ Prepare monthly embroidery capacity analysis report Prepare monthly embellishment plan.
∎ Ensure cut panel availability as per printing machine & table plan.Ensure plan wise embellishment production.
∎ Ensure inhouse capacity utilization.
∎ Update embellishment plan if cutting & sewing line loading plan revised.
∎ Communicate with relevant departments for outsource.
∎ Conduct monthly plan review with relevant stake holders with actual sample.
∎ Attend various meeting with cross functional department.
∎ Any other relevant responsibilities assigned by the HOD/ the Top Management.
∎ Coordinate with Cutting to ensure the line feeding
∎ Make a pre-production plan with fabric team including risk analysis
∎ Prepare daily & monthly report with PNL and submit to Head of Textile.
