Job Responsibilities:
∎ Key responsibility are to perform day to day planing related activities.
∎ Implement planing concepts and improve productivity. Sound and solid planning and follow up total production flow and balancing the production process to ensure optimum capacity utilization of a Garments Industry.
∎ Operation breakdown for new operation.
∎ Identify the critical operation well in advance and discuss with head of planing.
∎ Advance to run the production lines, when production starts.
∎ Prepare the machines and other requirements in advance and inform the management.
∎ Monitor everyday hourly production in every unit/ lines and take necessary action.
∎ Should have strong personality to lead the subordinates as well as to get maximum output of his responsibilities.
∎ Can make proper balanced layout with operation bulletin.
∎ Method/Motion study knowledge with Work place engineering.
∎ Able to make the consumption report for Thread/ Piping.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply

∎ Local residence of narayanganj are given preference.
