Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist to Make a Master Plan, Daily plan, Instant Plan (cutting, sewing, Finishing, Print, Emb, daily fabric plan)
∎ Follow up a Production schedule
∎ Assist to make preproduction T&A and execute accordingly
∎ Execute sample production meeting all the parameters as per buyer's requirement
∎ Analyze capacity allocates order, prepares a tentative plan
∎ Prepares daily material requirement plan and ensures materials are in-house as planned
∎ Focuses on the implementation of actual planning as well as needs to highlight the deviation of planning from actual
∎ Monitor and evaluate raw materials, manpower planning, production recording and follow up
∎ Implement Production Plan according to 100% capacity utilization in minimum cost and update time to time
∎ Follow up sampling, pre-production activities, cutting, sewing, washing, finishing to shipment according to plan
∎ Work to implement planning and reduce plan vs actual gap
∎ Any other tasks assigned by Line manager
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experienced in Fast React Software for production planning
∎ Good Communication Skill
∎ Proficiency in MS Office Package
