• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Industrial Eng & Production

• Age 25 to 35 years

• Applicant practitioner on GSD/PMTS would be added advantage.

• Self-motivated, responsible, dynamic and able to work under pressure.

• Should be a team player having good inter-personal skills, pro-activeness & result oriented. Strong communication skills in Bengali and English.

• Finalize all style sizes and set specifications, before starting bulk production.

• Hold a pre-production meeting before bulk production, Monitor and send Q.A file to head office.

• Gather & work according to pre-production sample approval information.

• Develop pre-production plan & follow-up, fabric sewing trims in-house follow up, work according to line plan.

• Develop & implement production schedules based on sales forecasts, customer orders and inventory levels.

• Adjust plans as need to accommodate changes in demand, production delays or resource availability.

• Coordination with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure the timely availability of raw materials and other resources.

• Allocate resources effectively to optimize productivity, analyze production data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

• Prepare regular reports on production status, capacity utilization and other key performance indicators.

• Work closely with production, quantity control and logistics teams to ensure smooth workflow and resolve any issues.

• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to align production plans with business objectives.

• Identify and implement process to improvement to enhance efficiency and reduce costs also must have experience in garments Costing, Thread & Elastic.

• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation in production planning.
