Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop accurate sample and production patterns based on concepts from the design and merchandising team.
∎ Troubleshoot potential production issues (quality, cost, shrinkage/stretch) before samples are made.
∎ Create complete tech packs (detailed specifications, fabrications, and technical drawings) in coordination with the design and merchandising team.
∎ Any other task assign by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Should have knowledge in Garber Soft wear.
∎ Technically sound in Woven garments pattern.
∎ Specially knowledge in stretch fabric pattern & know how to handle it,
∎ Can read & understand Buyer comments fulfill the requirement.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
