Job Responsibilities:
∎ Online order Management
∎ Daily Sales & Customer satisfaction report
∎ Serve customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems.
∎ Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services.
∎ Maintains customer records by updating account information.
∎ Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience:
∎ 2 years' in the e-commerce platform (Online Business)
∎ Good Knowledge in online order Management
∎ Good Communication skill, Customer handling skill
∎ Hard working, honest, dedicated & sincere
∎ Skill:
∎ Listening and conveyancing skill
∎ Multi-tasking skill
