Responsibilities & Context:
Manage and direct the day-to-day activities of the company to ensure smooth and efficient execution.
Follow up with Secuirty guard and clients to confirm resolution.
2/3 years’ experience with any security service organization will be given more preference.
Develop and implement new processes or improve existing ones to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Identify and resolve operational problems and challenges to maintain workflow.
Supervise different teams to ensure smooth operations Manage recruitment process.
To ensure customer service quality & handle customer’s complain.
Good computer application knowledge (Ms Office, Ms excel).
Work closely with other related department to carry out the smooth operations.
