Job Context:
∎ He or she oversees the answering of phone calls from customers, whether it is for answering queries, resolving complaints, and providing information which will pursue customers in selecting and purchasing CNC Machineries as the preferred latest model of renowned brand.
∎ Job Location : Monpura Tower: 383, Satarkul Road, Uttar Badda, Dhaka-1212
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Experience in tele-marketing, computer literate, able to speak English.
∎ He/ She often act as a liaison between customer service and other departments, especially sales.
∎ Any specific complaint from a customer to the attention of someone who can resolve the situation.
∎ Organize internal and external meetings regarding customer service .
∎ Service reminder notice, venture potential new cliental over phone and in person Email offers.
∎ Collect necessary information and promptly report office activities directly to MD .
∎ Attend guest and clients, follow-up of complaints and requirements .
∎ Corporate Communication over phone (visit when necessary).
∎ Any other task assigned by Management.

∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Skills Required: Adaptability, Excellent communication skill, Fluent in written and spoken Bengali English, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, One Note, Internet browsing
∎ Honest, Energetic and Hard-working in intelligent way
∎ Ambitious, smart and bold, Self-confident with strong verbal command
