We are seeking individuals with a passion for innovation, strategic thinking, and a strong foundation in digital skills to support our fast-growing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and support POS software solutions for clients and internal use.
- Execute basic digital marketing tasks.
- Design basic promotional graphics for social media and brand materials.
- Provide full-cycle customer support before and after sales (calls, chat, follow-ups).
- Create content including blog writing and reel video making for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Plan, assign, and monitor team performance and task execution.
- Conduct reseller training sessions and prepare associated materials.
- Develop, organize, and upload online training courses for Sherazi Academy.
- Engage in self-development and market research to improve personal and company performance.
- Manage project timelines, team delivery, and inter-departmental coordination.
- Support live streaming sessions for product showcases and customer education.
- Oversee papers and documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Moderate pages, groups, and act as community manager across digital platforms.
- Handle complete after-sales support, including feedback loops and client satisfaction.
- Contribute to any other relevant operational activities as required, etc.
