Responsibilities & Context: - Manage a team of reservation officers to ensure efficient and accurate handling of customer bookings and inquiries.
- Take work reports from junior officers and provide necessary feedback.
- Conduct daily analysis of market competition and industry trends to identify opportunities for sales growth and develop strategies accordingly.
- Train and mentor reservation officers to enhance their skills and knowledge of travel industry trends and best practices.
- Oversee the reservation process from start to finish, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively, striving to achieve satisfactory resolutions while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Collaborate with other departments such as customer service, sales, and finance to optimize reservation processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on airline policies, fare structures, and industry regulations to provide accurate information to customers and team members.
- Analyze reservation data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies for operational efficiency and profitability.
- Provide comprehensive assistance to customers regarding flight schedules, fares, connections, and travel documentation issuance.
- Issue tickets and other travel documents.
- Assist passengers with check-in procedures, baggage handling, and addressing any special needs or concerns throughout their travel journey.
- Address passenger concerns, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems to supervisors or management when necessary.
