Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/MBA in any discipline preferably in MIS/Statistics/ Economics/ Business Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Make interpretation on data and provide suggestions on various matters related to sales strategy.
∎ Experience and passion in designing business to enable businesses with reporting, dashboards, innovative solutions.
∎ Highly analytical and number driven individuals with a creative bent of mind.
∎ Strong reporting and analytical information support to management and be able to review discounts of business.
∎ Prepare Daily in Market Sales (IMS) Report, Daily Sales Report(DSR) and mail to concern person accordingly.
∎ Update Sales Card Value Volume and SKU Wise.
∎ Prepare & Analysis Trader Offers.
∎ Prepare Monthly Town Market Report (TMR).
∎ Reconcile Sales report with Tally Software.
∎ Prepare Monthly Management Report.
∎ Daily Update Distributor Base File time to time.
∎ Analyze business information to identify process improvement measures for increasing business efficiency and effectiveness.
∎ Data Analysis of received data from various sales channel and systems into a presentable form.
∎ Ensuring error free reporting and TAT adherence of all reports.
∎ Any Adhoc reporting requirements to be made available within the prescribed time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 28 years
∎ Proven working experience as Business Analyst/MIS at least 03 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Group of Companies
∎ Highly experienced candidates will be given to preference.
∎ Good inter-personal skills and Basic arithmetic skill.
∎ Well conversant with Advance MS Office and ERP Software
∎ Able to work under pressure and 100% aligned with company rules & regulations.
Salary: Negotiable
