∎ Timely analysis of microbial test BTS, Raw and packaging material analysis as per requirement.
∎ Microbiological Media preparation and validation of media. Growth promotion of media and culture management. Bioburden test of BTS.
∎ Microbial and Environmental Monitoring of Production facilities, water, compressed air, floors, walls, working surfaces, air, clean room gowns and personnel hand checking as per requirement.
∎ Sterility test of product and sterility Assurance Level test of Biological Indicator.
∎ Endotoxin test of product by using Kinetic LAL Analyzer.
∎ Good documentation practices for approval of microbiological testing reports.
∎ Preparation of SOP, Qualification documents as per requirement.
∎ Skilled in laboratory instrument operation and maintenance.
