Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare the time and action plan based on production process flow and issue cost breakdown.
∎ Prepare the BOM & hand over to the sourcing department for the bookings and weekly updates.
∎ Follow up the sample approvals & tech pack clarifications with the development team.
∎ Prepare the production file with required documents/SOP’s/Approvals/Samples and swatches.
∎ Lead and conduct the internal PPM meeting and follow up with DQA for the external PPM.
∎ Provide the subcontract work orders capacity booking / negotiate the price / agree for deliveries and provide bulk approvals.
∎ Ensure and sustain the buyer OTP in full to keep at 100%.
∎ Share clarification to the production and quality team for any workmanship/trim issues.
∎ Coordinate with planning & QA department for internal and external inspections.
∎ Follow up the garment testing approval & ensure no delays on it.
∎ Coordinate with the shipping department for cargo booking & movements.
∎ Update the total order tracking sheet and share relevant information with top management.
∎ Responsible to ensure cut vs ship accuracy of 99%.
∎ Coordinate & provide first batch approvals to the washing department.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
