Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Track daily news and media coverage related to the company, competitors, and industry trends across print, electronic, and online media.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, reporters, editors, and media houses.
∎ Coordinate with media outlets to ensure accurate and positive coverage.
∎ Handle media invitations, press kits, and logistics for press conferences, product launches, and corporate events.
∎ Ensure proper media presence and coverage Electronic, Print & Digital platform.
∎ Assist in writing press releases, media statements, feature articles, and media Q&A.
∎ Work closely with the content/PR team to align messaging and communication tone.
∎ Archive all media coverage (Electronic, Print & Digital platform, online, TV, radio) and maintain a systematic record.
∎ Generate regular reports analyzing media sentiment and reach.
∎ Use media tracking and analytics tools to assess brand visibility and media performance.
∎ Flag any negative or crisis-related news for immediate response.
∎ Collaborate with marketing, PR, and digital teams to ensure alignment of media strategies.
∎ Support brand campaigns and CSR activities with media outreach.
∎ Ensure all media communications adhere to brand guidelines and company policies.
∎ Any others task assigned by the management from time to time.
