Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure the store operation is fully functional in its capacity and capable of providing the required support of raw material or fabrics or trims accessories needs.
∎ Manage, control and record overall receipt, delivery and movement of fabric or accessories.
∎ To prepare daily, monthly and yearly stock report, order analysis and left over usage method.
∎ Develop and maintain ORACLE ERP software-based system for Accessories Trims.
∎ Receive and issue records of Trims & Inventory taking of Accessories & Trims as per the procedure.
∎ Maintain close liaison with the production, merchandising or other related departments and cater to their requirement successfully.
∎ Conduct monthly inventory verification of fabrics by checking the physical conditions at store.
∎ Ensure completion of stock reconciliation by checking the records of ERP vs. manual & physical.
∎ Maintains physical condition of warehouse by in neat & clean manner; inspection equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.
∎ Maintain FIFO/LIFO and smooth operation for product entry from suppliers, delivery to users and returned products.
∎ Develop, manage and implement recording of the necessary data in ledger on time.
∎ To perform any other tasks when assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 30 years
∎ Must have sound knowledge & Skill in ORACLE inventory module.
∎ Strong technical knowledge in Store system & SOP.
∎ Should have knowledge on trims category, shade, classification and blanket collection process.
∎ Must be well conversant and well capable to email and other communication with other stake holder.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.
∎ Ability to effectively communicate and correspond with the concern department and external suppliers.
