∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Garments Accessories

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for export follow up, for export purpose receive invoice & packing list from Commercial, Merchandising, C&F & take necessary action for loading
∎ Receive and issue records of all materials
∎ Monitor warehouse activities to ensure that Fabrics are stored correctly and safety and Warehouse space is used efficiently
∎ Maintain close liaison with Production team and management and cater their requirement successfully
∎ Develop and maintain ORACLE ERP software based system for materials
∎ Maintain legal compliance for store as advice by compliance team
∎ Follow and Implement the operational strategies and procedures according to the company policy

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Computer skills and efficiency on the inventory management related software and related mail correspondence.
∎ Team work and good communication skill.
∎ Ability to work under stress and pressure.
∎ Willing to work shifting duty.
∎ Sound knowledge in ORACLE System.
