Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist to update chemical inventory, MSDS, TDS, CIL, PSD, Green screen certificate, chemical test report, & certificates and other documents as per requirements for chemical issues.
∎ To prepare MRR / GRN of receipted Chemicals & maintain Records in System.
∎ Assist to prepare category wise Storage of Chemicals in the Warehouse with Bin Cards.
∎ Maintain monthly chemical consumption register & Preparation of Monthly Stock Statement of Chemicals to be submitted to the Concerned Authorities.
∎ Ensure quality of the Chemicals in the Warehouse & maintain Record of Date Expired Chemicals.
∎ Supply all chemical MSDS in local language for workers understanding, so that they can easily use all chemicals safely and provide training to the workers regarding chemical and PPE use on regular basis.
∎ Preparation & Presentation of all wet process & chemical related documents for the Buyers.
∎ Ensure safe working conditions and compliance with health & safety.
∎ Any other responsibilities assign by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Self-motivation & team working ability.
∎ Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali.
∎ Good knowledge & skills in Microsoft Office Management.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame
