Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
∎ Master's Degree in Business Administration with major in Marketing or similar subject from a reputed university.
∎ Skills Required: Excellent communication skill, Smart presentation Skill, Strong leadership, Strong problem solving skill, Time Management skills

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): ATL Marketing, BTL Marketing, Business/ Product Development, managing brands, Media Management, Social business management

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Organizing different events and activations programme activities in the field.
∎ Liaise with agencies to get all the required job done on time
∎ Overseeing and developing marketing campaigns and promotional activities
∎ Research and analyze data to identify and define future campaigns
∎ Implement Marketing Initiatives and Strategies
∎ Maintain company website and manage campaigns on social media platforms
∎ Liaison with the clinical service team and business development and marketing to develop and implement a corporate communications strategy that will benefit all SHN clinics.
∎ Participate in various meetings of Govt. of Bangladesh, other stakeholders, civil society etc. to inform and educate them about SHN, its mission and activities.
∎ Carry out other assignment as advised by the supervisor or the CEO.
∎ Identify, develop, or evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, and cost and markup factors.
∎ Evaluate the financial aspects of product development, such as budgets, expenditures, research and development appropriations, or return-on-investment and profit-loss projections.
∎ Develop pricing strategies, balancing firm objectives and customer satisfaction.

Additional Requirements:
∎ MBA in Marketing
∎ Minimum 3 years of experience in the area of Marketing
∎ Experience of producing communication materials, organizing events and activation, working with agencies will be given preference.
∎ Experience of working in a reputed agency or working in the development/healthcare sector will be given preference.
∎ Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, Bangla, research, proofreading and leadership qualities
∎ Hands on experience with relevant MS applications (Word, PowerPoint, others)
