∎ BBA/ MBA (Major in Marketing).
∎ Training/Trade Course: digital marketing is preferable.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Corporate sales and Marketing, Digital Marketing, Ecommerce Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
E-commerce, Hotel, Web Media/Blog
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Execute all digital marketing, including Facebook Boosting, SEM/ SEO, Social Media and Web Advert such as Google Add, E-mail Marketing, good Graphics Design Knowledge, Photoshop & Illustrator, create necessary marketing database.
∎ Plan and execute all digital marketing efforts, database, email, social Media Marketing Strategies.
∎ Analyze current client base or target market for the hotel.
∎ Devise new ways to expand that client base.
∎ Develop promotional and advertising materials for the hotel.
∎ Reach out to organizations and businesses that might require a hotel for conferences and events.
∎ Meet with representatives from these companies to explain the hotel's merits and amenities.
∎ Network with special event planners to encourage hotel bookings.
∎ Design and advertise special group rates and packages to increase larger bookings.
∎ Manage accounts of high-profile clients.
∎ Address and resolve any issues or complaints regarding sales or marketing.
∎ Ensure that guests are enjoying their stay at the hotel and that large group needs are met.
∎ Maintain positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat and recurring business.
∎ Maintain current online contents and promotional materials.
∎ Update and restructure contents as required.
∎ Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals.
∎ Timely Upload web and group page contents, able to create posts, check comments and answer to queries
∎ Execute page boosting and search engine optimization initiatives.
∎ Work with your team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
∎ Perform any other tasks as assigned from Management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 02 years proven work experience as Digital Marketing (Managerial Level)
∎ Must be able to speak & write good English.
∎ Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices. Able to create and edit contents for various platforms.
∎ In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
∎ Knowledge of relevant computer applications.
∎ Overall confidence to handle clients.
∎ Must have a pleasant & positive personality.
∎ Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
∎ Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
