Job Context:
The position will be responsible for sales and marketing activities for the hotels located in Gazipur and Narsingdi. Two Executives/Senior Executives will be hired to drive business development, manage corporate clients, and support revenue growth through effective marketing initiatives.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase occupancy and revenue.
Identify and develop new corporate clients, travel agents, and business partners.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.
Promote hotel services through online and offline marketing channels
Coordinate with hotel operations teams to ensure service quality and client satisfaction.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
Participate in promotional events, corporate meetings, and sales visits
Handle room bookings, corporate agreements, and rate negotiations when required.
Manage digital platforms (website, social media, OTA channels) for better visibility.
