Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Greet and escort guests to their tables.
∎ Take food and drink orders and relays them to the kitchen.
∎ Handle guest inquiries, concern, and complaints in a professional manner.
∎ Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials and promotions.
∎ Monitor table setting and dining areas for any needs or issues and etc.
∎ Job Context:
∎ We are seeking some short experienced or enthusiastic for internship to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills. As a waiter, you will be responsible for providing top tier service to our guests, assist to ensuring smooth restaurant operations and maintaining high standard of cleanliness and presentation.
