Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing Monthly Sales Plan & take necessary steps for effective implementation.
∎ Design short term sales promotional activities.
∎ Selling real estate products and product promotion
∎ Follow up with clients through phone call and personal visit on a regular basis
∎ Direct Mailing
∎ Internet Browsing for Potential Customer
∎ Prepare Primary Quotation
∎ To fulfil sales target

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 35 years
∎ The Applicants should have experience in the following business area(s) : Real Estate / Developer
∎ Smart and Pleasant personality
∎ Good command over English and Bengali
∎ Computer friendly with skills on Microsoft Office & Excel
∎ Ability to handle clients
∎ Ability to handle Internet Browsing
∎ Pro active, Energetic, Creative, Flexible

Salary: Tk. 25000 - 30000 (Monthly)
