Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA/ BBA/ Graduation from any reputed University. (Preferably in Marketing).
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain and develop existing customers through high levels of service in order to
∎ expand and strengthen the relationship.
∎ Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.
∎ Ensure that high-quality services are delivered effectively, efficiently and consistently,
∎ whether it is direct or indirect communications.
∎ All aspects of daily management for the Marketing Department.
∎ Market research and new market development.
∎ Responsible for day to day operational activities.
∎ Conducting & evaluating marketing campaigns.
∎ Preparing and delivering marketing plans within key objectives.
∎ Planning, developing and implementing effective marketing communication campaigns.
∎ Undertaking detailed ongoing analysis of marketing campaigns to ensure targets are met.
∎ Ensure customer service & maintain customer relation.
∎ Creating new customer, increasing sales, Planning and carrying out direct marketing
∎ activities for achieving the plan.
∎ Should have Dynamic, Energetic with analytical ability and excellent communication &
∎ interpersonal skill.
∎ Perform any other task assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Minimum 3-5 years working experience in relevant field.
∎ Skills Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Marketing, promoting
∎ products, Sales, Business development and corporate marketing.
∎ Excellent communication skills.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Client Service/ Marketing,
∎ Event/Campaign coordinator, , Brand Communication, Activation Management.
∎ Proficient in MS Office application suite, especially in Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
