∎ This is a market communication and analysis based job that requires an extensive understanding of our sales team and market trends/condition. The candidate should collect, review and summarize information regarding sales performance, market data, working conditions, business development, and such like. She should identify and suggest the areas of improvement, business growth and development, team work, communication, and limitations. Strategic thinking, planning, analyzing, and reporting is the vital points of this job.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The major task is to communicate and collect information from the sales team, teachers, parties/libraries, and other stakeholders.
∎ Answering incoming calls from sales team/ stakeholders to take inquiries and questions, handling complaints, troubleshooting problems and providing information.
∎ Collecting, Compiling, and organizing market and sales data.
∎ Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information as per guideline of the department.
∎ Monitoring and assessing sales performance, competition activity, customers, and market trends.
∎ Should have excellent verbal communication skill in both Bangla & English.
∎ Need to maintain confidentiality about internal policy and decisions.
∎ Present reports to the top management through MS Power Point slides.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 21 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Good communication & inter-personal skills.
∎ Leadership & team building qualities, analytical ability.
∎ Knowledge on MS Office (Excel & Powerpoint).
∎ Presentation skill.
