∎ North South University,BRAC University,American International University Bangladesh,University of Dhaka,Jahangirnagar University students will get preference
∎ Training/Trade Course: Digital Marketing,Brand Marketing
∎ Skills Required: Ability to work and deliver under pressure, Excellent communication skills, Graphics Designing, Multi tasking ability, Project presentation, Working with Deadlines

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Brand Planning/ Development, Digital Sales and Marketing, Retail Sales and Marketing, Trend Analysis
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Retail Store

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist HoD in managing marketing plan as the yearly business plan for Miniso and activities within the marketing department. Constant communication with director’s, stakeholders, franchisees and relevant parties.
∎ Streamline and connect the digital agency with Miniso as a middle person for marketing, branding and various campaign purpose.
∎ Work closely with the digital agency with marketing strategies, designs and communications.
∎ Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant stakeholders are kept informed regarding marketing objectives/tasks.
∎ Maintain work with agency and internal directors.
∎ Planning and implementing project based and regular promotional campaigns
∎ Monitor the effectiveness of marketing communications.
∎ Manage external parties during campaigns, like Models, Print Vendors, Franchisees, Newspaper Companies and Video Agencies.
∎ Monitor and work closely with the agency during video commercial shoots.
∎ Planning, analyzing, conducting and implementing realistic strategic marketing & communication plan for the given year for Miniso and act on the approved plan to achieve the marketing objective.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good computer literacy in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook etc.) applications. Must be proficient in using graphics design software.
∎ Must have good written skills in Bengali & excellent oral and written communication skills English.
