∎ Strong Communication Skills – Ability to pitch BZM Graphics' services effectively to potential clients.
∎ Basic knowledge of Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
∎ Good at web searching.
∎ Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
∎ Excellent attention to detail and must have 'CAN DO' Attitude.

∎ Lead generation, including researching and identifying potential prospects.
∎ Execute email marketing campaigns to engage leads and nurture relationships.
∎ Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing).
∎ Manage social media presence (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) to showcase BZM Graphics’ expertise.
∎ Develop case studies and success stories from past projects to use as marketing assets.
∎ Handle inbound inquiries, respond to client requests, and provide service consultations.
∎ Maintain relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
∎ Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
∎ Handle client communication via phone and email, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
∎ Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.
