Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering with MBA is preferred from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 14 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and maintain relation with clients.
∎ Ability to move anywhere at any time and work under pressure.
∎ Meet and exceed the quarterly business target, Revenue goals set by Management.
∎ Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives.
∎ Analyze risks and opportunities.
∎ Work with the Project Manager to act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
∎ Playing active and significant role by providing various promotional tools and techniques like out- sourcing, advertisement etc. to our customer.
∎ Handling all marketing issues regarding prosperity & further enhancement of the Company business.
∎ Leadership role to drive the business.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ BACKGROUND WITH THE FOLLOWING :
∎ 10 - 15 years' experience in Power Sector;
∎ Substation & HV equipment design experience with GIS and AIS;
∎ Lightning protection, insulation and load calculation concepts;
∎ Switchgear and/or Protection and Control building design;
∎ Hands on experience in AUTOCAD is required.
∎ Marketing & new business development.
∎ Must be motivated.
∎ Knowledge of industry's legal rules and guidelines.
∎ In depth knowledge of diverse business functions and principles.
∎ Working knowledge of data analysis and performance / operation metrics.
∎ Must work well in team oriented, fast-paced environment and experience in the field job.
∎ The position needs excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, capacity to work independently and must be smart with pleasant personality, convincing / interpersonal communication skills, ability to learn quickly and hardworking.
∎ Having good contacts with Government Organizations and private companies, especially foreign companies doing business & projects in the Power & Energy Sector.
∎ Prepare reports and studies that present technical information in a clear and concise manner and meet client requirements.
∎ Co-ordinate with existing & up-coming customers and ensure prompt service.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s) :
∎ Group of Companies.
∎ Excellent communication skills in English.
