Educational Requirements:
∎ B. Sc. / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with relevant work experience will be preferred, experience & relevant business connection will only be considered.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Having experience in heavy & light construction equipment renting in different projects, i.e. Power Generation, Road & Bridge, Industry, Ports etc. to foreign company like Chinese, Indian, Japanese, European etc. & reputed Local companies.
∎ Target has to fulfilled, target being all equipment to be rented & continuous rentals of equipment to be ready to be rented in organized manner, so that no equipment should lay idle.
∎ Ensure to bring previous list of clients to immediately occurs the rental of our equipment which is very much necessary / essential.
∎ To look after the overall activities of the Logistics & Rental of Equipment Department including Store & Inventory Management in Transport.
∎ Ensure smooth & uninterrupted operation of the Logistic & Rental of Equipment.
∎ Good knowledge in EHS issues, Administration, Logistic Management, Compliance, Transport Management.
∎ To plan, organize, monitor and control the Transportation Service & Rental equipment.
∎ To maintain appropriate relation, liaison, coordination & oversee the maintenance of equipment with Customers, Vendors and other relevant Service Providers of logistic & rental.
∎ Co-ordinate engineering and technical staff.
∎ Managing budgets and maintain statistical and financial records.
∎ Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance, responding to breakdowns, diagnose faults and repair equipment.
∎ Co-ordinate with external & internal department for smooth Business Operation.
∎ Manage relationships / agreements & contract with external partners / vendors & clients.
∎ Obtaining spares & components, fixtures or fittings.
∎ Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation.
∎ Managing stocks of supplies and equipment.
∎ Ensure that the company runs with legality and conformity to established regulations.
∎ Other Duties & Responsibilities as assigned by the Management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The position needs excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, problem-solving skills, capacity to work independently & take full charge of the team & run the business profitably.
∎ Marketing knowledge based on vehicle/equipment's Rental of construction equipment.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s) :
∎ Group of Companies, Construction / Real Estate / Equipment Hire & Sales.
∎ Knowledge of industry's legal rules and guidelines & trouble shooting.
∎ Play crucial role in organization development, strategic planning, proposal development and proper fund utilizing.
∎ Must work well in team oriented, fast-paced environment and have experience in the field job.
∎ Must be smart with pleasant personality, convincing / interpersonal communication skills, ability to learn quickly, hardworking and work for extended hours.
∎ Excellent communication skills in English.
∎ Good at Microsoft Office (Power Point, Excel, Word etc.)
