∎ Technical Skills:
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (formulas, pivot tables, etc.).
∎ Comfortable using IT-enabled global platforms and digital tools.
∎ Soft Skills & Personal Traits:Excellent communication, coordination, and time management skills.
∎ Self-starter with a proactive mindset, capable of multitasking with minimal supervision.
∎ Flexibility to thrive in a hybrid work model (on-site + remote).
∎ Professional Experience:1–3 years of experience in a marketing, business development, or hybrid role.
∎ Prior experience in FMCG, retail, trading, or service sectors is a plus.
∎ Basic knowledge of accounting will be considered an added advantage.

∎ Conduct in-depth market research to uncover trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities.
∎ Identify and pursue new business leads while building strong relationships with clients and partners.
∎ Support digital campaigns with hands-on experience in social media and digital marketing.
∎ Coordinate with clients and internal teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
∎ Contribute to the creation of impactful marketing materials and promotional content.
∎ Maintain and manage client databases and track development activities effectively.
∎ Ensure clear and consistent communication across all business channels.
∎ Collaborate across departments to support strategic growth initiatives.
