Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze sales & sales people's performance on day to day basis considering their respective market.
∎ Follow up & Coordinate Sales team, Sales Admin, Distribution, Branding & Business Development with necessary projections & guidance.
∎ Coordinate sales meeting regional & national on Monthly/Quarterly & as per business requirement.
∎ Process Sales Commission & Monitor & Overview distribution and Transport incentives.
∎ Monitor data of LPG Workforce related to all operation & update on daily basis.
∎ Analyze different Sales & distribution points Performance
∎ Collect, compile & report competitors info for the management.
∎ Work on assigned projects by CBO (Chief Business Office).
∎ Point out drawbacks/inefficiencies in business operation & work on solutions
∎ Conduct Market Research & collect intelligence reports regarding market & competitors.
∎ Prepare & work on Alternative Business modules.
∎ Work as a point of contact/coordination for the concerned department
∎ Maintain documents related to Distributor/RDC/Reticulation/Autogas Stations & other corporate deals.
∎ Prepare necessary reports, documents & policy as per requirement of CBO

Additional Requirements:
∎ Adept in MS Office (Wors, Excel, PPT, Visio etc)
∎ Data analysis
∎ Communication skill

Salary: Negotiable
