Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare monthly product-wise sales forecasts in collaboration with the supervisor and ensure achievement of sales targets within the assigned territory.
∎ Design and implement promotional strategies for new and existing products.
∎ Plan and organize sales operations effectively to ensure continuous sales growth while managing credit efficiently to maximize output.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with external customers by providing timely support, addressing complaints, and identifying new business opportunities in trader and end-user segments.
∎ Train field forces on product features, benefits, and technical aspects, and ensure timely technical service to farmers and dealers as needed.
∎ Monitor and report on competitors' marketing, sales, and product-related activities, and stay informed about market dynamics, consumer behaviour, and economic trends.
∎ Collect regular market feedback and provide insights for new product development and necessary changes in existing products.
∎ Ensure smooth and timely communication between customers and management and coordinate internally to resolve all sales-related issues efficiently.
