Additional Requirements:

• Strong understanding of logistics operations, inventory control, and international trade practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with ERP or supply chain software preferred.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure with multiple priorities.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Executive, Logistics Services to ensure the smooth movement of products, materials, and information across the supply chain. This role requires strong coordination, accuracy, and problem-solving to support order fulfillment, procurement, shipment management, and inventory control. By improving efficiency, maintaining compliance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams, this role directly contributes to operational excellence, cost-effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, update, and maintain accurate product records in internal systems.
• Generate and manage product barcodes to ensure traceability across sales and distribution channels.
• Monitor and track customer orders, providing timely updates on delivery status.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve order-related issues and maintain service quality.
• Handle customer complaints and provide quick, effective solutions to protect brand reputation.
• Collect and process requirements for accessories, trims, and materials in collaboration with design and operations teams.
• Source and negotiate with suppliers to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery.
• Manage approvals, documentation, and purchase order processing.
• Coordinate and follow up on import and export shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
• Work with freight forwarders and shipping partners to resolve logistics issues while ensuring compliance with trade regulations.
• Verify and process supplier and logistics-related invoices.
• Monitor internal requisitions and inventory usage to ensure material availability.
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to increase efficiency.
• Provide operational support during campaigns, seasonal operations, and special projects.
