Job Responsibilities:
∎ To assist in the monitoring and smooth operation for corporate governance system.
∎ To prepare, review and manage the agreements.
∎ Doing legal research based on various Legal and/or Business issues.
∎ Field work for Intellectual Property and/or Trademark infringement.
∎ Communication to external Lawyers when needed.
∎ Handling, managing or applying for documents in RJSC.
∎ Legal counseling.
