Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Market Development (Leasing)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To prospect new business including growth of corporate accounts, broker-ship relations and private rentals.
∎ To sell to clients both face to face and over the telephone and ensure all booking requests are managed and handled in professional manner.
∎ To maintain existing clients’ accounts and ensure a high level of customer service is maintained.
∎ To ensure all administration and paperwork is processed efficiently in liaison with in-house Finance Department.
∎ To ensure payments and related paperwork are completed effectively.
∎ To liaison with internal stakeholders and corporate functions as and when appropriate.
∎ Development and implementation of policies and procedures and terms and conditions as and when appropriate.
∎ To work with senior management to plan the growth of the business in terms of business planning and resource requirements.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply.
∎ Strong Communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Good planning and organizational skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Can do attitude, able to take challenge.
∎ Strong team building and leadership skills.
∎ Have ability to work for extended hours.
