∎ Skills Required: Adobe Photoshop/ Illustrator

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Denim Washing (Wet Process)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop the laser process 100% accurately as per Buyer Sample.
∎ Innovate new sample washes for the Design Team.
∎ Coordinate the development team on better process, handling and systems resulting to day-by-day improvement in the department.
∎ Provides process and recipe guide to all new wash developments.
∎ Make laser Production report daily.
∎ Maintain all shade, Range & lab test report related with laser.
∎ Maintain and follow up quality of all sample & productions of laser as per buyer requirement.
∎ Proper pixel time & DPI should be determined 100% accurately.
∎ Works hand-in-hand with the quality team to view sample production quality and wash outcome and instructs further procedures, whatever required.
∎ Any other task assign by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Cooperate with Merchandiser for technical matters if required for sample wash.
∎ Must be able to ensure quality as per buyer requirement.
∎ Research & Development for all wash processes for the sample.
∎ Should have excellent communication skills.

Salary: Negotiable
