Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management, Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Human Resource Management
∎ Skills Required: Excellent communication skill, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate with department heads/managers to forecast future training needs
∎ Assessment of training program and taking necessary actions to develop the training as required?
∎ Identify training needs along with setting objectives and design programs for both organization and individual employees
∎ Source and manage trainers/institute based on required training
∎ Conduct Pre and Post training evaluations and measure the effectiveness of all completed training programs to find participants' level of learning and actual implementation on the job field
∎ Manage and compile relevant management reports such as training coverage, hour & overall MIS
∎ Maintaining the training rooms and ensuring relevant logistic support
∎ Conduct training on communication & language to staff from different educational/ professional backgrounds
∎ Act as the single point of contact for the sales & marketing team, resolve all issues by coordinating relevant stakeholders
∎ Coordinate Sales & Marketing team to work on goal setting, mid-year, and annual review process
∎ Coordinate Sales & Marketing team for reward and recognition program
Additional Requirements:
∎ Coordination with all parts of the Location HR team, internal employees,s and other stakeholders
∎ Different trainer & Training Institute, Recruitment consultancy Farm, Bdjobs, etc.
