Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum BBA Graduate from any Public or Private University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Generate reports and review sales, and other performance reports including key customers.
∎ Set individual monthly, quarterly and yearly targets to drive organizations business goal.
∎ Ensure compliance of all manpower including DBH employee, SMO, BP's with their respective roles & responsibilities.
∎ Distributor's Management: debt/credit and ensure payment terms.
∎ Generation & acquisition of new customers - build business proposals and perform effective business negotiations.
∎ Working with sales team, supply chain & logistics, marketing, and team members from other departments dedicated to the same client account to ensure all client needs met.
∎ Perform ROI calculations on deals/proposals to ensure profitable business growth.
∎ Ensure the right SCR & product portfolio is available + stocks management & forecasting.
∎ Monitor and minimize the level of bad goods returns by establishing policy to control.
∎ Establish E-commerce setup and put contractual agreements in place.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 1-year experience in FMCG Sales industries is preferable, freshers are also encouraged to apply.
∎ Good Communication, Negotiation and Analytical Skills are required.
∎ Self-Driven and required "can do" attitude.
