∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Customer Service (CS) in Garments Accessories., Textile Laboratory

∎ To be a part of the C & P BD (KAM)Team, you must be able to perform the following Job Responsibilities.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Investigate new opportunities with the KA for the business line and other SGS business lines.
∎ Attend regular meetings at the KA for marketing purposes, business development, technical governance, performance reviews, resolution of conflicts, delivery of invoices and reports.
∎ Regularly report to his/her direct manager, Global KA Manager (if any) or any other relevant team on KA status and issues.
∎ To communicate with laboratory staff on special sample handling to ensure execution of the job in a satisfactory manner.
∎ Keep all data for account analysis buyer wise, supplier wise, buying agent wise to provide-Month wise/season wise revenue of specific buyer or supplier, Turn Around Status, Pass/fail status etc.
∎ Monitor all communications to the KA, including updates, reports and invoicing to ensure compliance with KA requirements (timeliness, correctness, responsiveness)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Technical knowledge and experience in related field and in using management methods and tools.
∎ Self motivated, quality driven, customer focused, efficient, friendly and responsive.
∎ Applies judgment and acts according to the SGS standards of ethics and integrity.
