Job Responsibilities:
∎ Building customer relations to deliver optimal sales and aftersales support.
∎ Ability to effectively work with a team.
∎ Problem-solving skills needed to be able to quickly resolve customer complaints.
∎ Staying up to date with multiple product knowledge and understanding customer needs.
∎ Find new business opportunities and customers.
∎ Collect bills, cheques, and other relevant document from the customers.
∎ Submit reports as per management requirement
