client handling, Client Relationship Management, Communication, Customer Service
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assisting showroom customers, assessing their needs, guiding their product selections, and successfully closing the deal.
∎ Providing customers with reliable information regarding product specifications, product suitability, pricing, and availability.
∎ Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
∎ Ensure showroom is fully displayed & updated with new sample.
∎ Maintaining product literature files to ensure the most current and accurate information is always provided to our customers.
∎ Keeping the showroom clean, neat, current, stocked, and safely displayed.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ As a Showroom Executive you must be outstanding in customer service and communication skills, optimistic, friendly, and service-oriented. Excellent verbal communication in Bangla & English is essential and all executive must approach all customer interactions in an honest and ethical fashion. Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel) is mandatory.
Salary: Negotiable
