Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain LC & Utilization Declaration (UD) Database
∎ Preparation of all documents for Utilization Permission (UP);
∎ Correspondence with different bank and customer for LC information
∎ Follow up Import Permission (IP) with different customer and prepare supporting documents for UP;
∎ Assist to update Into Bond & Ex-Bond of Imported Raw Materials from Customs Bond;
∎ Assist to On time collection of workable Utilization Declaration (UD) from customer office;
∎ Assist to Prepare Required Documents for Yearly Audit Bond License Renewal;
∎ Assist to Prepare Documents for Include Newly Installed Machine and Required H. S. Code in Bond License;
∎ Maintain Export Statement to Prepare PRC And Other Related Documents for Customs Audit
∎ Maintain LC & Utilization Declaration (UD) Database
