Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure technology is accessible & equipped with current hardware & software.
∎ Provide user-level technical support for end users, computers, printers, etc.
∎ Network Management
∎ Maintaining & troubleshooting core data center networking, LAN, WAN
∎ Maintenance & troubleshooting of wireless LAN & wireless controllers
∎ Handling diesel engine operation & maintenance.
∎ Monitoring electrical erection work.
∎ Performing all kinds of electrical testing Electric circuits, Logic boards, Barrier gates, etc.
∎ Ensure end user security and CCTV.
∎ Control of IT assets of his site
∎ Install, configure & manage all devices & services in the access layer
∎ Troubleshoot and level one support end-user Software, solution, and Operating system-related issues
∎ Desktop, Laptop, Printer, CCTV.
∎ Maintenance & repair of all types of electrical channels, lighting systems other electrical works which are needed to smooth operation.
