Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE, CSIT

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Installing, configuring & maintenance computer (Desktop/Laptop) hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, scanners, and other IT appliances.
∎ Maintain LAN and internet connectivity products and their installation and configuration, diagnose and resolve computer and network/connectivity problems.
∎ Install and Troubleshoot operating systems.
∎ Look after the Server
∎ Day to day troubleshoot the problems of all Desktop computers and Desktop productivity tools
∎ Do LAN cabling and ensure connectivity. Operate WAN communications and connectivity, modems, Hubs, Routers, Servers etc.
∎ Train key users whenever necessary.
∎ Reporting to MIS & IT Manager for preparing various reports and presentations for the top-level management.
∎ Prepare various Reports, Notes, Letter and Presentations for Management Team and arrange the necessary facilities for the presentation.
∎ Daily communicate with different departments/ sections for IT need & support and time to time report to Manager.
∎ Determine database structural requirement by analyzing user operations, structure and functional capabilities, security, backup, and recovery specifications.
