Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall Job Function as HEAD OF ALL DEPARTMENT, responsible for overall Management of the Company.
∎ Oversee daily business operations, assign weekly performance goals, ensure their completion, and accomplish your own goals.
∎ Maintain project timelines to ensure tasks are accomplished effectively.
∎ Develop, implement, and maintain budgetary and resource allocation plans.
∎ Delegate responsibilities to the best-qualified employees and enforce all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, training programs, and cultural values.
∎ Provide solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business to competitors).
∎ Recruit, onboard, and train high-performing employees to achieve objectives for sales and profitability.
∎ Work directly with other Department heads to ensure smooth business operations.
∎ Generating reports and giving presentations to upper management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 55 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proven experience in a managerial role.
∎ Knowledge of business processes and functions (Account, HR, Procurement, Shop Operations, etc.)
∎ Strong analytical ability
∎ Excellent communication skills
∎ Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
∎ Problem-solving aptitude.
