∎ Skills Required: Expertise on Customer Relationship Management (CRM) handling.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Computer skill, Effective communication skills, Microsoft Office Applications
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Retail Store, Super store, Shopping mall
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Possessing excellent customer service knowledge to enhance customer support.
∎ Provide superior service to all customers by understanding their needs/questions and responding to them in a professional and timely manner.
∎ Resolving customer queries and complaints quickly and efficiently.
∎ Keeping customers updated on the latest products/offers & campaigns.
∎ Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers and providing feedback to the superior.
∎ Collect information on customers demanding products/ Stock out products and also restock products.
∎ Answer queries/Message replies through social media accounts.
∎ Placing Orders from the back office.
∎ Monitor customer's Complain/Problems/ Return/ Exchange issues.
∎ Answer customers' comments on Facebook posts/ Live (Notification).
∎ Serving customers over the phone and giving solutions.
∎ Follow up on customers' reviews on the group and page.
∎ Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
Salary: Negotiable
