∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Hardware & Networking, IT Support Service
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Administer & Manage Active Directory Server, File Server, Web Server, Database Server, Mail Server, Anti Virus Server, Attendance Server.
∎ Ensure stable IT Infrastructure and Network Communication for HO and all site offices.
∎ Troubleshoot system & network problems & diagnose & solve hardware or software faults and replacing parts as required.
∎ Overseeing all technical support and troubleshooting activities related to Network printers, photocopy machines, scanners, CCTV,Access Control, Projectors etc.
∎ Company user's mail configuration in Microsoft outlook & web mail etc
∎ Troubleshooting all IT relevant issues of user requirements in different OS like Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10, Mac OS and Linux. 7.Provide support for various gadgets (iPhone, Android Phone, Tab, Mac, Laptop and desktop etc.)
∎ Controller based unifi wireless AP management.
∎ Updating inventory of all hardware, software, networking components and maintaining proper documentation.
∎ Communicate with IT vendor & service provider.
∎ Perform other IT or Systems related task assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Attendance Machine Maintenance.
∎ Mail (Outlook, 365 office and Zimbra Mail Server Configuration).
∎ CC Camera (NVR & IP Camera) management.
∎ QNAP NAS Management.
∎ Mikrotik Router Maintenance.
∎ Must be Non- smoker.
