 Proven experience as a Hardware & Network Administrator or a similar role, with a strong

understanding of network protocols and hardware components.

 Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, MTCNA) will be a plus.

 Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting routers, switches, and other network devices.

 Familiarity with operating systems, including Windows, Linux, and macOS.

 Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and

network issues effectively.

 Strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide user support and collaborate with

team members.

 Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Mir Ceramic Ltd, a leading tiles manufacturer in Bangladesh, is looking for a dynamic IT professional in its team. expertise. The selected candidate will contribute to the daily IT operations crucial for achieving MCL's business objectives. The role involves navigating diverse challenges in device configuration, network stability, communication systems, and security protocols within a dynamic technological landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, including servers, workstations, printers, and peripheral devices.
• Perform hardware upgrades and replacements as needed, ensuring compatibility with organizational and industry standards.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair hardware issues to minimize downtime.
• Design, implement, and maintain the organization’s Local Area Network (LAN), Wide Area Network (WAN), and wireless infrastructure.
• Monitor network performance and security, proactively identifying and addressing potential vulnerabilities.
• Install, configure, and maintain network devices such as routers, switches, access points, and network printers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues to ensure reliable communication across all departments.
• Configure and monitor CCTV systems, IP cameras, access control systems, and time attendance devices and software.
• Communicate with the IT and Supply Chain Management team for hardware, networking equipment, and related procurement activities.
• Provide end-user technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Assist in software installation, configuration, and updates as required.
• Conduct user training sessions on IT best practices, system usage, and cyber security protocols.
• Assess and recommend hardware and network upgrades to enhance system performance and efficiency.
